I wrote eliteCMS for a purpose and the only purpose is to payback, I have taken and learned from the internet a lot and regularly keep doing that with the time, This is my little payback to the community and to the internet.
You can use eliteCMS as much as , as long as you can on your personal websites as long as you retain the copyright notice at the footer of the system because the author should get the credit of his work.
If you want to use it for commercial website, then you must inform the author and you have to get a written authorization from the author.
